It has a 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out service, lift, and laundry service (subject to fees), while on the ground floor a restaurant and bar can be found. It was completely refurnished in 2007. Chair lift installed for easy access of disabled people in wheelchairs from the buildings entrance and from the cafeteria to the apartments.
